- Replacement latch type upper hook. For Next-Gen Lodestar Large Frame Models J, L and LL.
- Hook only. For a Swivel Suspension use PN 3661NH, for a Rigid Hook use PN 3651NH.
- Latchlok alternative. For a Latchlok type hook, select PN 36678.
- Inspect the latch. Replace the latch if it is bent, damaged or lacks spring pressure to close against the hook tip.

Lodestar Hoist Part - Upper Hook Sub-Assembly (Latch Type)
This is a replacement latch type upper hook for Next-Gen Lodestar Large Frame Models J, L & LL.
This item includes only the hook. For Next-Gen series hoists, use part number 3661NH for a Swivel Suspension or 3651NH for a Rigid Hook. If you are looking for a Latchlok type hook, select part number 36678.
On latch type hooks, please check to make sure that the latch is not damaged or bent and that it operates properly with sufficient spring pressure to keep the latch tightly against the tip of the hook and allow the latch to spring back to the tip when released. If the latch does not operate properly, it should be replaced. See figure below to determine when the hook must be replaced.
