The PHC CL-36 clip-on coil lanyard keeps a cutter, knife or small hand tool attached to the user. The elastic coil is about 25 cm (10") long at rest and stretches to roughly 122 cm (48"), so it follows normal cutting movements and then pulls the tool back. It clips to a belt, pocket, holster or work station and fits PHC cutters, utility knives and holsters.
