- Two-disc brakes. On two-disc models the discs sit on either side of the Brake Intermediate Plate.

This Brake Friction Disc is used on all Classic Lodestar Small Frame Hoists. Models A, A-2, B, B-2, E & E-2 require 1 friction disc; Models AA, AA-2, C, C-2, F, F-2, H & H-2 require 2 friction discs, which sit on either side of the Brake Intermediate Plate.
