Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept returns for a refund of the purchase price, excluding the original shipping and handling costs, provided that:
- The return is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The product is unopened, in factory-new condition, and in its original packaging.
- All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion following inspection.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returned items and assume the risk of loss during return shipment. We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment against loss or damage and using a carrier that provides proof of delivery for your protection.
Refund Process
Refunds are typically processed within approximately 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
