In Next-Gen Lodestars it is used on the double-reeved models E, E-2, H and H-2 (Small Frame) and R, R-2, RR and RR-2 (Large Frame); 2 labels are required per hook block. It is also listed for Classic Lodestar double-reeved hook blocks.
