The antiSHOCK Tool Lanyard is another innovation from TEUFELBERGER for workers at height and arborists.
The special feature of this lanyard for tools is its force absorption. In the event that more than 220-240 daN acts on the lanyard - for example if the saw becomes jammed in a branch to be cut - the tear strip is activated. This reduces the force acting on the climber's harness, fall protection system and anchor point to 150 to 180 daN.
The product thus prevents injuries. The strap tears open until the impact force is absorbed. If the saw can no longer be released, the strap tears open completely after 70 cm and the tool falls to the ground. A special pre-treatment of the yarns makes the elastic strap particularly resistant to abrasion.
