This Lodestar Protector™ (overload protection clutch) is for Classic Lodestar Models A, A-2, B, B-2, E & E-2 only. It is identified by a white marking on the edge of the spring washer.
The Protector is calibrated at the factory for a specific hoist model and is not adjustable or interchangeable with other models. For proper overload protection, make sure it is the correct part for your hoist before installing it.
