DOUGHTY STUDIO RAIL ALUMINIUM RAIL SYSTEM
Studio Rail 60 is an extruded aluminium rail available with all the components necessary for a comprehensive overhead studio rail system. Besides curtain, Doughty Studio Rail that can support a maximum load of 100kg between brackets can be used for hanging heavier equipment like pantographs or for use as a studio lighting rail.
It features a unique joint pin system which aids assembly and joint alignment. Studio Rail 60 is available in 4 standard lengths from 2 to 6 metres and in 2 finishes, natural aluminium and black anodized. The curved track is also available in different sizes. Special lengths are also available on request.
It can be cut to length on-site and there is a drilling jig available to easily re-drill the joint holes accurately. The studio rail lighting system was installed in the British Museum. If a more heavy-duty studio rail is needed, Doughty Studio Rail 80 that can support loads up to 200kg is ideal. For any inquiries, please contact us via chat.
