- Nylon sheaves on ball race bearings. For smooth, friction-free operation.
- 5 mm thick steel side plates. Gives an extremely strong construction.
- Three sheave sizes. 100 mm, 150 mm and 200 mm sheaves with WLLs of 200, 400 and 600 kg respectively.
- For fibre and wire ropes. Available for both, with multibeam brackets, awnings, universal plate assemblies and wall mounting plates to suit.

Heavy-Duty Stage Pulley with a Range of Brackets to Suit
The Doughty heavy-duty quad-sheave pulleys are constructed from nylon sheaves together with ball race bearings for smooth friction-free operation. Side plates are constructed from 5mm thick steel giving an extremely strong construction.
These stage pulleys are available with 100mm, 150mm and 200mm sheaves with WLLs of 200, 400 and 600kgs respectively. They are available for both fibre and wire ropes together with a range of bracketry to suit. Like the basic single sheave pulley, it is ready to accept any of our range of fixings. Heavy-Duty Double/Triple/Quin Sheave Pulleys are also available.

Pulleys are supplied without brackets; brackets are ordered separately and must be factory fitted.
