H Frames for Stage Lighting Rigging
Award-winning Stage Lighting System
The H Frames are part of the Doughty award-winning Modular Rigging System, designed to provide a safe, quick and flexible stage lighting rigging solution for suspending luminaires. They are often used to create a ladder frame for lanterns. Two sizes are available: the Small H Frame (T45900 silver / T45901 black) and the Large H Frame (T45910 silver / T45911 black). The H Frames can be suspended from truss/fixed tubes or floor-mounted.
1. Suspended from Truss
Each aluminium H Frame is supplied with four tapered pins (connectors not included). H Frames can be connected together, or small frames connected to large frames, creating a lighting ladder to carry stage fixtures. Connections are made with our T45755 connector; slots are provided for safety bonds.
A range of 48-51mm diameter clamps/couplers such as T45800 and T45825 is available fitted with a conical connector for truss suspension.
2. Floor-mounted
Tank trap adaptors are also available, enabling the H Frames to connect to tank traps to create a secure floor-standing assembly.
