- Tool-less Verto coupling. A rotating locking system secures the truss in seconds, silently and without tools.
- Safety indication. A visible red ring shows the connection is not fully closed.
- H40V and H40R profiles. H40V offers extra strength over H30V; H40R has thicker bottom braces for moving heads and central loading.
- No protruding parts. Ideal for banners or drapes, with replaceable coupling parts and a dirt-repellent system.
- TÜV certified. Loading tables calculated to Eurocode; couplers and safety clips sold separately.

Prolyte Verto Truss - H40V & H40R
Introducing the Prolyte Verto Truss H40 series - extra strength.
After much anticipation, Prolyte has introduced its new line of Verto Truss with the heavy load capacity and greater flexibility! The Verto 40 Series including H40V (square profile) and H40R (rectangular profile) was introduced at Prolight + Sound 2019.
Inherited from Verto 30V, the Verto 40 series retains the advantages of fast, silent and safe connection. Read more about the launch of Prolyte Verto Truss H30 Series here.
The Verto truss can be assembled by a simple rotating locking system, securing the truss in seconds, without the need for tools. Because of this, the assembly is almost completely silent, thereby greatly adding to safety on the work floor. Tested general assembly times are up to 5 times faster than those for the truss with conical coupling systems and 10 times faster than any bolted truss.
Benefits of Verto Truss H40 Series:
- H40V offers extra strength compared to H30V
- The thicker braces on the bottom side of the Verto H40R allow easy mounting of moving heads and central loading, reducing the torsion effect resulting from one-sided loading in standard trusses.
Features of Prolyte Verto Truss:
-
Tool-less system: No tools needed for assembly and disassembly
-
Safety indication: When the red ring is still visible, the connection is not (fully) closed
-
No protruding parts: Ideal for attaching banners or drapes
-
Bringing safety to the work floor: Its silent connection adds greatly to work floor communication
-
Incredibly fast connection and disconnection: Reducing production time
-
Strong and compact, based on the H40V and H40R truss with similar loading capacity
-
Replaceable coupling parts: prolonging the general lifetime of your truss
-
Versatile system with many application possibilities, the additional box corner completes the system
-
Incorporated dirt-repellent system
-

How to operate Prolyte Verto Truss?
The Verto truss is based on a new principle of truss connection, where the sections are joined by a rotating coupler system. "Verto" is derived from Latin, meaning to turn or to turn around. That is exactly how this coupler works. A simple flick of your wrist will connect the truss sections.
