- Nylon sheaves on ball race bearings. For smooth, friction-free operation.
- 5 mm thick steel side plates. CR4 mild steel with a powder painted crackle black finish.
- Three sheave sizes. 100 mm, 150 mm and 200 mm sheaves with WLLs of 200, 400 and 600 kg respectively (safety factor 5:1).
- For fibre and wire ropes. Grooved for wire rope or profiled for fibre rope, ready to accept the Doughty range of heavy duty brackets.

Quin Sheave Pulley (Heavy Duty) - Doughty
The Doughty Heavy Duty Pulleys are constructed from nylon sheaves together with ball race bearings for smooth friction free operation. Side plates are constructed from 5mm thick steel giving an extremely strong construction. Heavy Duty Pulleys are available with 100mm, 150mm and 200mm sheaves with WLLs of 200, 400 and 600kgs respectively. Pulleys are available for both fibre and wire ropes together with a range of bracketry to suit. Like the basic single sheave pulley, it is ready to accept any of our range of fixings. Heavy-Duty Double/Triple/Quad Sheave Pulleys are also available.

Pulleys are supplied without brackets; brackets are ordered separately and must be factory fitted.
