- Lower hook nut pin. Used with the Lower Hook Nut 982526 in the lower hook block.
- Not for R, RR or RRS. Double reeved models and the RRS use pin 45946.
- Install with care. An improper pin or incorrect installation can cause the pin to break and the load to fall.

The Lower Hook Pin (listed as Lower Hook Nut Pin in the CM Next-Gen Lodestar parts list) is used with the Lower Hook Nut (982526) in the lower hook block of Lodestar Single Reeved Hoists: Small Frame Models A, AA, B, C & F and Large Frame Models J, JJ, L & LL (Classic and Next-Gen).
Double reeved Models R & RR and Model RRS use a different pin (45946).
Use of an improper lower hook pin, as well as improper installation of the pin, can cause the pin to break and allow the load to fall.
