Its loudspeaker is designed for an extended low frequency of the IXP ceiling speakers. It uses a 100/70V Line transformer that offers a selection of 50/25W - 1.9W at 70V, delivered to the loudspeaker system using high impedance lines or 8Ω bypass. 

 

This speaker is constructed with the best of materials with baffle and bezel being constructed from white ABS, and the rear enclosure is made of steel with a black finish which adds damping material. This provides the optimum internal volume for extended low-frequency performance together with the two bass ports placed on the front. The rear cover provides access to a 4-pin terminal euro-block with a loop-through for easier power connection.

Its baffle, bezel, and rear enclosures are constructed from ABS. The rear enclosure has damping material to provide optimum internal volume for extended low-frequency performance. LYNX PRO AUDIO IXP-6 FRAMELESS 6.5 INCH PROFESSONIAL IN-CEILING LOUDSPEAKER SYSTEM

 

The IXP-6 is an in-ceiling loudspeaker that delivers great sound performance. It has a 6.5-inch woofer and a 0.75 tweeter with a conical horn. It uses a high-quality 100/70V line transformer which offers the option of 50/12.5W (6.2W at 70V) delivered to the loudspeaker system using high impedance lines or 8Ω bypass. The baffle and bezel are made from white ABS while the rear enclosure is made of steel with a black finish for a sleek and modern look. The IXP-6 also features damping material to provide an optimum internal volume for extended low-frequency performance and there are two bass ports placed on the front. 

 

The rear cover with provision for a junction box fitting offers accessibility to a 4-pin terminal euro-block with a loop through for an easier power connection. Included is a point for safety steel wire and cable clamp to enhance the connection. The frameless grill has a discrete design that provides the possibility to paint easily if needed. With the 6 neodymium points, the grill can be removed without the need for any tools allowing you to easily access the front wattage selector switch for quick adjustment of 70/100V tap levels.
