Doughty Scenery Fixing - Short Hanging Iron
The short hanging iron is supplied with an M8 Bow Shackle. It is widely used to fly scenery panels for the construction of stage scenery and backdrops. It is available with the eye out (T64000) or eye in (T64100). The bracket is designed to be bolted to timber with 2 x countersunk 6mm machine screws, nuts and washers; remember that the assembly is only as strong as its weakest part, the timber.
