  • CY1 1000 kg and CY3 3000 kg. Vertical plate clamps with hinged hook ring.
  • Handles plate at various angles. Lifts plate from horizontal and puts it down vertical; load capacity reduces at an angle.
  • No spreader beam needed. Two clamps on a two-legged chain sling can handle longer plates.
  • Jaw capacity up to 32 mm. For plate surface hardness below HRC 30 / Brinell 300.
Capacity: 100-1000KG

Camlok Vertical Plate Clamps

Lifting Clamps are one of the most important pieces of equipment in many lifting and material handling operations. No matter if it is in the manufacturing or construction process, lifting clamps serve a critical function such as lifting and moving a flat plate, rolled stock and beams.

The Camlok Vertical Plate Clamps with hinged hook rings can be used for the safe handling of the plate at various angles. It can lift plate from the horizontal and put it down in the vertical. The hinged hook ring ensures adequate gripping pressure in every position, but the load capacity reduces. See the safe loads for two clamps below.

The main benefit of the CY hinged plate clamps is that longer plates can be lifted or handled, using two clamps on a two-legged chain sling (as shown in illustration), thus eliminating the need for a spreader beam.
