Grip and Studio Stands

The C Stand is the standard grip stand for mounting flags, small lights and monitors on film and photography sets, and the Combo Stands and Baby Roller Stand extend the same grip fitting system to rolling bases for faster repositioning between setups. The Studio Stand, available from 1m up to 5m, and Overhead Stand cover general studio lighting positions at a range of heights.

Club and Wind Up Stands

The Club Stand, a budget-friendly tripod stand popular on the touring club circuit, is available up to 4.75m. Where a heavier fixture needs raising without manual lifting, the Easy Lift Wind Up Stand (30kg WLL) and Wind Up Stands use a geared mechanism to raise the load with less physical effort.

Specialist Stands

The Follow Spot Stand is purpose-built for mounting and operating a followspot at the correct height and angle, and the Nipper Stand w/29mm Receiver (10kg WLL) is a compact option for lighter fixtures where a full-size stand isn't needed.

Tank Traps for Lighting Booms

The Tank Trap / Lighting Boom Base, fitting 48mm tube, comes as a fixed base, or with 2 wheels or 4 castors for repositioning between setups. The 3 Position Tank Trap adds a 50mm receiver with three mounting positions. The Tank Trap Dolly makes it easier to move a tank trap and boom assembly between locations without lifting the base manually.

Low Lifts

The Doughty Low Lifts, available in four lengths from 135mm to 675mm, give small height adjustments to a rigging point where a full stand isn't needed.

Weights

The Stage Weight and Sandbag 10Kg add ballast to stabilise freestanding stands and light-duty rigging, reducing the risk of tipping on a busy set.
