Doughty Stage Curtain Track, of ‘Six Track’, is een modulair gordijnrailsysteem dat geschikt is voor een breed scala aan podium-, studio- en theatertoepassingen en een professioneel op maat gemaakte oplossing biedt voor uw behoeften. De zwarte poedercoating past perfect backstage en maakt hem vrijwel onzichtbaar voor het publiek.

Naast het afzonderlijk kopen van alle componenten, bieden wij Doughty-gordijnrailsets aan, die alle onderdelen bevatten die nodig zijn voor uw installatie. Een typische set bestaat uit rupsbanden, eindstoppen, lopers met kogellagers, verstelbare steunbeugels en een set moeren en bouten.

Track Sections

The SixTrack Straight Section is available from 0.25m up to 3m in length, and curved sections cover both 90° (six radii from 0.5m to 2m) and 45° (0.5m, 0.75m or 1m) turns, letting a run follow the shape of the stage rather than only straight lines.

Runners

Curtains run on the Ball Raced Runner (6kg WLL) for smooth, low-friction movement, or the simpler Plain Runner (6kg WLL) for basic applications. The Master Runner (6kg WLL) leads a line-operated system, and the Twin Hook connects runners to a hauling line.

Complete Track Kits

For a full installation without sourcing components individually, the Walkalong System Kit (4m to 15m, 6kg WLL) suits curtains pulled by hand. The Line Operated System Kit (4m to 15m) and Line Operated System with Overlap Kit (4m to 16m) add a hauling line for remote operation, with the overlap version suited to curtains that need to close from both sides and meet in the middle.

Hauling Lines and Pulleys

Line-operated systems use the Hauling Line (200kg SWL, 50m) run through the Handline Pulley (with or without floor fixing) and Return Pulley, which redirects the line at the end of a track run. The Twin Head Pulley covers configurations needing two line paths, and the Line Support eliminates sag on longer hauling line runs.

Motorized Drive

For fully automated operation, the Manual Drive unit is available wall or floor mounted, giving powered curtain movement without an operator pulling a hauling line by hand.

Mounting Brackets

Track mounts using the Adjustable Support Bracket (standard or short) for general ceiling fixing, the Barrel Bracket for mounting to tube, and the Parallel Bracket where two track runs sit side by side. The Overlap Bracket supports the overlap configuration specifically, and the Top Rail Clamp uses a 29mm U-bolt to attach the track to an existing rail or tube.

Fixings, End Stops and Fittings

The Fixing Kit and End Stop (2 pairs per kit) complete a track run, preventing runners sliding off the end. The End Plate/Adaptor Plate and Spigot Plate adapt the track to other fittings, and the Swing Arm Boom (100kg WLL) clamps 48-51mm tube to a 25mm top tube for mounting equipment alongside the track.

Runners and track components are rated to 6kg WLL for curtain use, while the hauling line is rated to 200kg SWL and the Swing Arm Boom to 100kg WLL, so confirm the specific rating relevant to your configuration.
