GM Anchor & Fixing Tester
Control easily and quickly the resistance of anchors on building sites
The GM Anchor & Fixing Tester is a portable device for performing anchor extraction tests. Its main function is to confirm on site the resistance of anchors in building materials. This portable system is designed for testing the resistance of anchors in various construction materials. This device is required to ensure that an anchoring device is installed in accordance with the current standard EN795.
Application
«The installer shall check the suitability (with the considered material) by applying on all structural anchors an axial tensile load of 5kN to check the strength of the fixing. The structural anchor should hold up the load for at least 15 seconds. ».
Components & Accessories
The kit includes the following adapters:
• M12 Ringbolt adaptor clevis
• Bolt tester adaptor with M12 locking adaptor
• M16 & M20 Threaded stud adaptors
• Six slotted button adaptors: 4.5, 5.5, 6.5, 8.5, 10.5, 12.5mm
• Six threaded button adaptors: M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12
