Skylotec AXIS HMS SG Carabiner
The Skylotec AXIS HMS SG Carabiner is a large HMS carabiner made of hot-forged aluminium alloy with a screwgate and a wide opening. Developed for applications in mountaineering, rescue operations and for belaying and rope manoeuvres. The generous shape allows the use of a Munter hitch as well as clipping in multiple ropes, slings or devices at the same time.
The double-T profile ensures an excellent weight-to-strength ratio. The optimised shape ensures correct axial loading for maximum safety. The keylock system prevents snagging when clipping in and out. UIAA compliant.
