The Kuzar K-10 Tower Lift is designed for indoor entertainment productions including concerts, live events and theatrical performances. It is used to elevate truss bridges, lighting rigs and PA systems to working height. It is not approved for outdoor use as it carries no wind speed rating.
How does the Kuzar K-10 Tower Lift erect?
The aluminium truss sections are assembled flat on the ground and connected to the steel base. One operator then turns the manual cable winch, which pivots the full tower over the base ball joints into a vertical position. A second person can assist by supporting the top of the tower during the raising phase, but is not required.
What working heights are available with the K-10?
The K-10 is supplied as a standard 7 m assembly using four sections: 1 m + 3 m + 2 m + 1 m. Working height can be extended up to 8 m with optional additional sections, or reduced by omitting sections to achieve configurations of 3 m, 4 m, 5 m or 6 m.
Does the load capacity change at different heights?
No. The Kuzar K-10 Tower Lift has a maximum load capacity of 500 kg regardless of the working height at which the carriage is positioned. The minimum load for correct mechanical operation is 25 kg. When two K-10 towers are used together supporting a truss bridge, the combined total capacity is 1,000 kg.

The Kuzar K-10 Tower Lift features an automatic trigger braking system on the steel lifting carriage that locks instantly if cable tension is lost, preventing any unintended descent. Outrigger legs are secured with hexagonal safety triggers. The base includes a spirit level for vertical alignment and adjustable non-slip rubber feet for stable levelling. The tower is CE certified and manufactured in Spain to EU machinery directive standards.
