Beam Clamps
A beam clamp attaches a lifting or rigging point directly to a structural beam without drilling or welding. The Doughty Beam Clamp (Heavy Duty), rated to 1000kg WLL, fits beams from 75mm to 220mm wide, while Scan-Rig Beamclamps and Yale Beam Clamps YC extend the range from 1 Ton up to 10 Ton, covering everything from entertainment rigging to heavier industrial lifting points. Choosing the right beam clamp depends on both the WLL you need and the width of the beam flange it has to grip, so check both figures against your structure before ordering.
Shackles
The Screw Pin Bow Shackle connects slings, chains and rigging hardware to a lifting or anchor point, and is sized by rated capacity from 0.33T up to 4.75T. A screw pin shackle is suited to applications where the connection is set up and taken down repeatedly, since the pin can be undone by hand without tools, unlike a bolt-type shackle designed to stay in place for extended periods.
Warranty and Load Ratings
All rigging hardware sold by MTN Shop EU is genuine stock, sourced through official distribution, so full manufacturer warranty applies as it would from the brand directly. Every load-bearing component in this collection is rated to a specific Working Load Limit (WLL) or Safe Working Load (SWL), and load ratings should never be exceeded or estimated by the size of the part alone.
Choosing the Right Hardware
Match rigging hardware to both the load and the structure it connects to: a beam clamp needs to fit the beam's flange width as well as carry the rated load, and a shackle needs a rated capacity that accounts for the full weight of everything it's supporting, with an appropriate safety margin rather than a rating that just meets the working load exactly.
