Why Should You Use Ron StageMaster Wireless Load Cell Systems?

It’s easy to think that the performance is at the forefront of any live event. However, for anyone who works behinds the scenes, safety is just as important. As concerts and other production events become increasingly sophisticated incorporating different dynamic light, audio, and video equipment suspended overhead, safety becomes a huge issue.

To make sure all equipment stays in place and does not present a safety hazard, rigging professionals rely on load monitoring equipment to ensure proper load distribution. Eilon Engineering’s Ron StageMaster wireless crane scales make monitoring loads easy and safe.

Eilon Engineering is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of advanced load and force measurement systems. They are well-known and respected across all industries for their crane scales, dynamometers, load cells, overload detectors, and their Ron Stagemaster load cell systems for the entertainment industry.

Eliminate Potential Overloads

First, you need to know your load limit. The second step is effective monitoring. Continual load monitoring is necessary for maintaining a safe work environment and production. As Entertainment rigging professionals ourselves, the MTN team knows how vital load monitoring is to avoid dangerous overload situations. When it comes to accuracy and ease of use, there’s nothing better than Ron StageMaster’s wireless load cell systems.

Advantages of Ron StageMaster:

  • Monitors up to 200 load cells per second
  • 1% accuracy
  • Battery life up to 5,000 hours
  • Optional extreme range up to several miles/km
  • 200 load cells per monitoring station
  • Integration of wired and wireless systems
  • Fatigue rated load cells

At  MTN Shop, you can find the Ron StageMaster Wireless Classic Load Cell and the Ron StageMaster Wireless Shackle Pin Load Cell, as well as receivers, cases, and kits designed for safety. The wireless function means you can continually monitor your loads via a computer or phone/tablet.

Ron StageMaster Classic Load Cell

The wireless classic load cell is Eilon’s flagship crane scale model. These tension load cells are a more economical option with increased accuracy, better linearity and repeatability, and they often enable a lower headroom loss. The Ron StageMaster™ 6000 G4 Wireless Classic Load Cell offers real-time load monitoring and overload detection with capacities from 1/4 Ton to 6 Tons.

RON STAGEMASTER™ WIRELESS CLASSIC LOAD CELL

RON STAGEMASTER™ WIRELESS CLASSIC LOAD CELL

In terms of kits, the StageMaster 6000 G4 Wireless Load Cell is also available with either a standard receiver or a portable receiver as options. Both packages include everything you need to get started, such as a receiver, load cells, and cases for the load cells. The wireless load cell kit with standard receiver includes a CRR-S receiver that provides real-time identification and location of any overload conditions with either a MacOS or a Windows-based laptop.

For an even more portable option, the  StageMaster™ 6000 G4 Wireless Eilon Classic Load Cell Kit includes a model PRR receiver that is Bluetooth compatible with an iPad, iPhone, or Android device. It also comes with load cells and load cell cases. The portable receiver is capable of controlling up to 75 load cells.

Ron StageMaster Shackle Pin Load Cell

The Shackle Pin-style Ron StageMaster 6000 load cell has a different style of pin that offers extremely low headroom and quick installation. They are also weatherproof, making them an ideal choice for outdoor venues exposed to the elements.

RON STAGEMASTER™ WIRELESS SHACKLE PIN LOAD CELL

As with the classic load cell, we carry shackle pin load cell kits with either a standard receiver or a portable receiver. These kits come with everything you need to get started and are customizable by the number of channels you need and capacity.
